8500 Sehat Sahulat Program is an excellent program created by the Government of Pakistan that provides all the health facilities for the poor people who cannot get proper treatment they can get free of cost through the Sehat Card. You can get your treatment if you have a dangerous disease that can only be treated by you and you don’t have enough money. Then, you can get complete treatment through this card.
After the patient is admitted to the hospital, the expenses will be charged from the Sahat Insaf card.

How To Apply for 8500 Sehat Card
Follow these Steps to apply for a Sehat card:
- First of all, you need your CNIC.
- Then, send an SMS by your own sim registered on your CNIC.
- Then send your CNIC on 8500 as an SMS.
- Then, I will reply to you as per your Eligibility.
How to use sehat insaf card / qaumi sehat card
Step 1:
Check your eligibility
Send your CNIC to 8500 to check eligibility.
Step 2:
Get your Sehat Insaf card / Qaumi Sehat Card
Step 3:
Gather Information and Documents required
Organize a program of health listed hospitals.
Carry the following documents with you when you enter the office.

B-form in case of treatment of children
Step 4:
Use your Sehat Insaf card / Qaumi Sehat Card to get treatment
Among the listed patients, after the patient you can visit the dedicated SP helper counter to process the SP will verify your Health Insaf card and the patient must send it to you.
Step 5:
Get the treatment free of cost
After the patient is admitted to the hospital, the treatment expenses will be charged from the Health Insaf Card.
