BISP NSER Dynamic Survey 2023-24
The government of Pakistan has initiated online registration of the BISP Dynamic Survey. This survey has been initiated to include new families who were left out during the 8171 Ehsaas Program survey registry. The main objective of starting the survey system is to register more eligible families and conduct future surveys in Pakistan. There are many households whose registration will be completed in the year 2023-24. The dynamic survey is more reliable than the NSER service.
All those families are also waiting for the reply of the new BISP registration program; they will be allowed to complete their process at the BISP Digital Service Center in Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu. It is established in every district of Kashmir.

The dynamic survey is a digital BISP survey that will be easy to process and error-free. Ehsaas’s survey faced several problems regarding failing to register some eligible families. The dynamic survey process started in April 2023. If you belong to a low-profile family, you will be considered eligible through the new BISP survey 2023-24. An automatically verified poverty score will be given according to the dynamic approach of household assets.
All government employees, business professionals, and wealthy individuals are not eligible. You will be informed about your eligibility through the 8171 SMS service. All households registered through the NSER survey will be re-verified through the dynamic survey. Online CNIC checks of all old beneficiaries of the Ehsaas program will be done through a new dynamic survey.
BISP NSER Dynamic Survey Update
BISP NSER Dynamic Survey is being conducted by the government because many qualified people were dropped in the previous NSER Survey. So people who were not included in Benazir Income Support Program. Dynamic Registry Centers have been set up in BISP Tehsil Offices, where you can get your information corrected and re-eligible for the BISP program.
Required Documents:
If you want to participate in BISP Dynamic Survey, then you have to visit the BISP center with the following documents:
- Original identity card of a spouse.
- Original B-form of children.
- Household electricity and gas bill.
Note:
- In the case of a widow, the widow’s identity card must be updated from NADRA after the husband’s death.
- A woman must have her NADRA-related identity card updated after divorce.
- If any person is disabled to come home, his/her disability ID card should be mandatory.
